About Pilates 

Pilates is a wonderful way to work your body in an elegant and strong manner that will incorporate into everyday life.  Whatever your physical ability may be, the exercises will be bespoke to your particular needs and wants. You can strengthen and lengthen your muscles, build stamina and improve bodily aches, pains and injuries.

With the authentic method of Pilates (or Contrology as it was coined by it’s founder, Joseph Pilates) we incorporate 6 main principles that run through every exercise.

  • Precision

  • Breath

  • Flow

 

Ultimately these principals will be incorporated into you developing of a deeper understanding of the Pilates method as well as a better understanding of yourself.
