Classes
Mat classes are suitable for all levels of clients, and priceless in learning skills you can apply everyday. Reserve your place today to avoid disappointment, limited spaces available. All classes are 55 minutes in length. Classes must be booked in advance, Class packages must be used within a 12 week period.
Foundation Level
Not just basic, but the basis of all Pilates work...
Start with the fundamentals of the mat work. In this class you will learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.
Foundation Level +1
As the Beginner grows in experience....
The basics are still covered and now you will progress towards more challenging exercises and movements.
Introductory Mat
As the title suggests, a class that focuses on teaching the basic principles of Pilates so as to be able to apply them successfully and correctly.
Teen Mat
As teenagers grow their bodies change in many ways. Pilates can be beneficial by introducing the basic principles of movement and the mind body connection at an early age so as to help teenagers learn about and work on core strength and flexibility. Also beneficial in preventing injury while practicing sports or other daily activities.
Intermediate Class Level 2

Pilates Intermediate reviews the fundamentals of beginner class while moving on to the more challenging exercises and keen eye toward precision, efficiency and body awareness. These classes run with a flow and a bit of a faster pace.
Duets
Fun and inspiring classes for participants at all levels
Take your practice deeper through a sessions tailored to your needs and objectives. Suitable for anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing and performance.
Sessions can be scheduled by emailing Grace and a regular set appointment can also be scheduled (called a standing), all private and duet sessions are 55 minutes in length. Great for couples or friends.
Post Natal
Post Natal training is available - valuable for mothers’ body after giving birth.
Pre Natal
Pre Natal training is also available, however one must have been practicing Pilates for at least a year to understand how to work the body safely in the stages leading up to baby’s birth.
Assessment
Assessment sessions are required for first time clients. They run for 1 hour and 30 minutes and are necessary to assess individual needs.
